Laser cutting - The laser beam hits the surface of the material and heats it so strongly that it melts or completely vaporizes.

UV Printing

UV printing is a unique method of digital printing utilizing ultraviolet (UV) light to dry or cure ink, adhesives or coatings almost as soon as it's hit the paper, or aluminum, foam board or acrylic - in fact, as long as it fits in the printer, the technique can be used to print on almost anything.

Dye Sublimation

Dye sublimation is a digital printing technology that uses heat transfer to apply an image to the intended substrate. Also referred to as digital sublimation, the process is commonly used for decorating apparel, signs and banners as well as other items with sublimation-friendly surfaces.

Embroidery

Heat Transfer - A heat transfer uses a combination of heat and pressure to print images onto t-shirts and other items. This method requires the use of a heat-press machine.

Silk Screen - Also known as silk screening, screen printing is a manual process of creating a custom t-shirt. It uses a silk-screen that's placed over the T-shirt. Brightly colored ink is then dragged across the t-shirt to create the design.

Large Format 4 Color Printing - Large format printing, also called wide format printing, refers to projects that require specialized printing equipment which will accommodate larger printing projects such as posters, large maps or charts, store displays, trade show wall panels, blueprints, banners, large-scale advertisements such as building wraps and more.

Digital Printing - Digital printing is a method of printing from a digital-based image directly to a variety of media. It usually refers to professional printing where small-run jobs from desktop publishing and other digital sources are printed using high-volume laser or inkjet printers.
